The worst. Be extremely careful around Gavin. He was the sellers broker on my transaction and did not inform me he also was president of ClearTitle. They have made my life hell by making an “administrative error” then making me jump through hoops just to get them to correct it. Gavin is pretentious, condescending, and couldn’t care less about you. His lack of integrity or concern in real damages his company caused me should be known to others. Beware this guy.
