While the staff there is somewhat attentive, one mental health counselor there has actively ruined people’s lives. She has no consideration for others feelings and emotions. Is not attentive during sessions and texting and playing games. She doesn’t take notes or remember what we talked about . After 7 months of treatment they decided my son was not making progress and if he did not do another program they wanted him to do they could no longer treat him for his severe depression and anxiety. Metal health care at it finest.

For context my daughter has had a variety of therapeutic services over the last 14 years so I have a wide variety of experiences but I've never left a review before. My daughter was a client for medication management (outside therapist) for months, then she was told she had to work with someone within Gavia to get the med management so she added a therapist there, no problem.
