Dothan Lock Storage is very unprofessional. I do not recommend using them.
The new management is awesome. They have been very helpful and took time out to advise me on the best space for my needs with a reasonable price.
I was mad when I got here, but Miss Brigit still took care of me. I Went all over town to find a miniwarehouse. One place had live bugs in the roomss. another place couldn't get the door up. One man didn't have no one in the office. I went here and got a cold drink while we talked baout what I needed. I got my kid's and grandbabie's stuff in to a clean unit with lots of lighting. If your looking for a storage shed, just go here. Don't fool with no one else.
From the beginning I realized this storage company was highly unprofessional. The office worker had her children running up and down the stairs to the office when I picked up keys to the unit. Fast forward 5 months, and I have caught the office in a lie about my account. Please do not use this company EVER!!! As soon as I am able to get help to move my items, I will glad pay more to move to a more efficient company.
