I am 65 years old and of course overweight. I live in Cecil County. On September 25th 2023, I had my husband take me to UMMC ER (Harford Memorial) in Havre de Grace, Md. which is closer to where I live, because I could not put on my right sock and shoe by myself anymore without great difficulty.
