I called in December, 2024 to make an appointment. I was told I needed a Referral from my doctor. On January 19, 2025 my doctor sent a Referral to Dr. Konijeti's office. On February 14, 2025 I called again to schedule an appointment. The woman that answered the phone stated she’s a “Scheduler” didn’t say her name. This woman couldn’t locate my referral from my doctor. She stated my doctor needs to fax the referral and my Medical Records before they decide if I can be seen and by which doctor. Dr. Konijeti is a fantastic doctor. No one likes to get a colonoscopy but she and her staff make you feel relaxed when you check in. A staff member was there to guide me the whole way. Dr. G is very knowledgeable and experienced.
