I had a horrible emergency room experience with Dr.Chaturvedi! My life will never be he same due to his negligence in prescribing my required medication for seizure management secondary to viral encephalitis. He witnessed my full blown seizure in the ER that has caused my left sided hemiplegia. I am unable to use my left side, can't walk around the block and have been receiving therapy at Shirley Ryan Ability Lab (formerly RIC)for over 10 years! I recently came up to Illinois after my dad had a health scare and ended up in the hospital. Dr. Chaturvedi was extremely friendly, took his time to listen to my dad and never seemed rushed every time he came by the hospital. He was extremely knowledgeable too. My siblings and I want my dad to move closer to us because of the health scare, but besides my great impression of him, my dad really enjoys him as a doctor. If my dad is able to move, I wish he could bring Dr. Chaturvedi with him!
