this is my first Toyota and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the help I received from Gault and Scott in particular. He was welcoming, listened to what I was looking for, actually found a car coming in that wasn't already purchased. He provided two used models for me to test drive and when the car came in, he made sure I had a good orientation and set up before I drove away. I would definitely recommend these folks!
I have a 2022 Tacoma with 16k. Took it to Williams today for second time as my Power Steering fluid was down. Could not fit me in to check again. Place is all ripped up for upgrades. Sent me to parts to buy a bottle of fluid to top myself.. Got 2 not Toyota bottles. Decided to stop at Gault in Endicott to see if they had the Toyota fluid. Dave Pulz went back to get some but they use not Toyota fluid too. He gave me a bottle. Said $2 in parts place. Just bought my first Toyota. Tony and the rest of the sales team at Gault made it a easy and stress free experience. I was a little disappointed that the car was not prepped before we picked it up. It was fresh off the assembly line, but the car wasn't cleaned. There was still marks on the windshield from installation. And finger prints in many locations. I never seen this on a brand new car. I hope that the service after the sale lives up to the sales team.
Joe was very helpful and very kind with the process of selling me a car. The dealership is very clean and they are very kind. They help you get the best deals, and are very speedy with the process but also careful.
