I will never bring my Toyota back here again. Their service department is horrible. They never help you same day, even with an emergency tire issue, which was my final straw. My tire ended up needing to be patched from a screw stuck in the tread. They’ve claimed the tire is fine multiple times when issue was brought up during service appts and most recently as a worsening condition yesterday. To be honest I can't say it's been my best experience and I cannot a five-star review. My transaction began with an inquiry into a trade-in value for my 2023 Corolla, which I purchased from Gault. I received an offer for the trade-in and was also shown some new vehicles that were available by a Salesman . All seem to be going good so far . I accepted the trade-in offer, MADE A DOWN PAYMENT and signed for the vehicle I selected at an agreed upon price.
