I was never notified or contacted by anyone here before they went to court and arranged garnishment!
This company represents a Rent-A-Center type organization whom one of their stores went out of business they hired this individual the first point of contact is Court even though there were no payment arrangements available due to closing of the store now 7 years later my account is charged off does not even show up on my credit and I have a court date this month I have had the same address since I was 11 years old I'm 35 years old if that tells you anything this person depends on people not showing up to court and that's ho... read more
