Call someone else, anybody else. For the last 12 years we were using Thomas Sottile, Inc. to fix our air conditioners and furnaces. When one of our central air conditioners would not start we called Thomas's phone number and asked for service. A Gault truck shows up for the appointment. I asked, where is Tom?" Terrible service actually no service at all My furnace broke down around 9 p.m. on Saturday and I was told that no service technician available until 6 a.m. on Sunday !! And nobody contacted me Sunday either Monday called them and asked for service manager - more than a week later no-one contacted me
Gault Energy & Home Solutions has the best service for heating oil and propane. They also install generators at a great price. Their employees are always on time, and professional, and their prices are always competitive. Highly recommended!
