Every single person I spoke with was super friendly and helpful! Answered all my questions, worked with me to get me in the right vehicle with payments I can afford! Made everything very easy for me!
Very disappointed with the service from gault chevy. This is the second time I've had issues with my vehicle that weren't addressed or discussed with me. I feel as if service intentionally doesn't resolve issues just to get more money when the vehicle is out of warranty. I will never be buying a vehicle again from these guys.
The body work the Gault team does, is the best in our area. I would highly recommend Gault for your body work repairs. 100% 5 Stars
I was allowed to make an appointment for an oil change for my 2001 Corvette. Upon arrival I was told that it can’t be serviced because you don’t have the proper lifts to service a Corvette. This same corvette was supposedly serviced at your dealership before. So either you charged me for service that was never performed (which is fraud) or it is a lie that you can’t service a corvette. I am royally mad.
When we originally bought our car the experience was great. Then, when the first problem came up needing service the nightmare began. We have brought our equinox in to the shop under warranty complaining about the transmission a total of 5 times. The first 2 times , they told us nothing was wrong. The 3rd time we were there all day and they said. The all wheel drive Module needed replacing. Fine. We had them replace it.
