We bought our used 2020 Chevy Blazer from you on 10/31/2025. During Thanksgiving week, we started having issues with the battery. The next week, the brakes were acting up, and a tire sensor went bad. I called and couldn't get an appointment for two weeks. Then I receive a call with the costs to repair everything -- almost $1,000!!!!! This after we bought a $5000 warranty, that didn't cover anything that went wrong. Very happy
Went in for an inspection, after an hour and 15 minutes gentleman came out and said I need to replace all my pads and rotors. First red flag. And wanted to charge me $4,000. Second red flag. I took the truck home and pulled all the breaks apart. Rotors were in great shape calipers were working fine and brake pads were more than .3 inch thick. (New York minimum 1/16th). When I declined the work the service tech got upset. And he has not returned my call to let me know what they found wrong. Another garage said they were fine ... read more
