I am absolutely appalled by the predatory and dishonest tactics used at this dealership. They completely took advantage of my mother, lying directly to her face about the price to fix her car. They literally had it there for over a month because they were trying to convince her that she needed to get a loan for $4800. When she finally told me of the situation we had the car taken elsewhere that only costed $700. While talking to others about this, I heard several over shady practices as well. Horrible service. I was told to come in for a service and waited two hours to be told they didn't have the parts. I made a new appointment and came in, completely ignored when i arrived & then told i didn't have an appointment. The salesman are snobby and rude as well & not a good representation of this franchise
We had a great experience at Gault Chevrolet! We made the drive there because they had a Chevy Bolt we wanted to test drive. Ricky was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He never made us feel pressured, and the test drive gave us a chance to really get to know the car. After the test drive, we realized we wanted a different package than the one they had on the lot. Called the dealership after I did my first oil change on my GMC pickup to have two issues I found, checked out to see if they would be covered under my powertrain warranty I purchased with the vehicle at an independent dealer. I told them I had discovered a leaking axle seal and wet looking Transmission cooler lines. They scheduled the appointment for two weeks out claiming they were short staffed and wouldn’t have anyone to look at it until then.
