Great Dealership Hand in hand Worked with Ricky Chesebro awesome guy!! Even went above and beyond to get me a few add ons that i really wanted free of charge! Would recommend these guys if you are in the market for a new beautiful Chevy. Definitely a good experience on my end and for sure satisfied with the New Truck i picked up
Estimate of 4 weeks took 6, although they did not tell me of the delay until the day I was to pick up my truck and the delay was a day, then another day, they "just a couple more days" that went on for two weeks. Apparently a part came in not working. After two weeks of delays, I go to pick up and there's still issues. The manager Bob took full responsibility and made the issues right. It added extra time again, but eventually my truck was right. Thanks Bob.
It took nearly two years but they finally were able to place the bed cover on my truck. I hope if I need service again that it won’t take as long. The salesman, Rick, tried his best and the holdup was with service.
I am absolutely appalled by the predatory and dishonest tactics used at this dealership. They completely took advantage of my mother, lying directly to her face about the price to fix her car. They literally had it there for over a month because they were trying to convince her that she needed to get a loan for $4800. When she finally told me of the situation we had the car taken elsewhere that only costed $700. While talking to others about this, I heard several over shady practices as well. Horrible service. I was told to come in for a service and waited two hours to be told they didn't have the parts. I made a new appointment and came in, completely ignored when i arrived & then told i didn't have an appointment. The salesman are snobby and rude as well & not a good representation of this franchise
