I had the best experience in buying my M5 from Gault Auto Sport BMW. My Sales Advisor, Stephan Kane, went out of his way to make sure my experience was fun and easy. He has followed up on how I'm enjoying the vehicle and make sure I don't have any issues that need to be addressed.
For one I could start with saying Alesia and Service is the worst with Customer Service. I own the Bmw and because my friend brought it in, she would not talk to me about my own Bmw that was in my name they never Call back when you leave Messages The Dont Pickup and you know that you are calling back I Won’t not purchase any car from them not a good first experience
It took me quite awhile to make a decsion on buying a new car. Bogey never bothered me, just kept me informed when new cars came in. It was just about a year before I purchased a car. Bogey is a great person to work with.
