I had a wonderful experience at Gault Autosport BMW. I worked with Bogdan who was very helpful, knowledgeable, honest and efficient. He made the experience very easy. I also worked with Kasandra and Leila who were also very helpful and took their time to explain things in detail. I highly recommend this BMW dealership as they are very honest, helpful and accommodating.

Bob in the service department was excellent to work with. The mechanics did a great job with a complicated i8. I would highly recommend their service. Will definitely be going back for regular maintenance.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Gault a 2026 x3. I had the pleasure of dealing with Stephen Kane, by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with! The buying process was smooth, and was given a more than fair trade. I highly recommend Gault BMW. And the service department is great also. I have been coming here 5 years now and they have never come at me with BS repair recommendations.

In reading the reviews posted here, looks like purchasing a car is a 5 star experience. My comments are regarding the BMW service experience. I have owned multiple BMWs and lived in many cities in the US and had them serviced at different BMW dealers. Really never had any problems with service. Move to the Southern Tier and trying to use Gault has been an entirely different experience.
