I delivered a brand new BMW to Mike, and the experience was excellent. Mike was very friendly and professional, and the whole team at the dealership was welcoming and easy to work with. The place is clean, organized, and they clearly care about their customers. Highly recommend
Take caution buying a used car here. My previous experiences here have been better. Absolutely terrible experience with this dealership this time around. They are dishonest and clearly do not care about their customers once the sale is complete. I trusted that I was purchasing a vehicle that had been properly inspected, but it was obvious very quickly that they never bothered to check the car for issues before selling it. Didn’t even offer a warranty at the time of sale which should have been a red flag.
I highly recommend Gault Auto Sport BMW and Client Advisor Stephen Kane. Stephen's goal is 100% client satisfaction and not a quick sale. I was given as much time as needed to decide which vehicle I wanted to purchase. Stephen was quick to respond to phone calls and texts.
