This company has terrible customer service. I’ve repeatedly tried contacting them for several issues and no response. As residents of our association, we are told to follow our rules and guidelines but are unable to do so because of their lack of communication when timely issues arise. It seems that certain residents are able to do what they please and not be held accountable while others are fined for petty items. I am disappointed that we have this so called company managing our association.
This place is a joke can never get ahold of anyone. never got rent deposit back.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Jennifer VanDeViere is our association manager for commercial property. Communication is almost non-existent. Emails and voicemails to her are rarely returned. When they are, it takes over a month after repeated attempts. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Late fee but I never received the initial bill!
