Purchased a new washer and dryer for our business and had great service from the sales team, technicians and the owner. Thanks for taking care of us!

In my opinion very bad customer service. Im a customer a Laundry mat where they were fixing/ working in machines when my machine malfunctioned. I brought it to their attention and the one guys response was “im not here for that and i don’t fix things for free”. While this may be the case it came off rude and uncaring.
Service tech is awesome. The whole staff is timely and communicative. Best distributor I’ve done business with.
