My wife went to the Dolina Ct / 8070 Wickham Rd location to have her oil changed several days ago. This morning I noticed that her car was making a loud noise as she was driving down the road on the way to work. I called her on the cell phone and asked her to turn around so I could look at her oil cap. My suspicion was correct, the mechanic didn't place the oil cap back on after changing the oil. they didnt just over charge me for my oil change BUT THEY PUT THE WRONG KIND OF OIL IN MY CAR! Theyre crooks sure they'll be nice but they are not honest thats for damn sure. Never going back!
They are very greedy at this location and their only concern is to see how much they can charge you for as little work as possble. They come accross as friendly, and the reason they smile when they talk to you is becaue they know they have just over charged you for something.
