I booked a birthday party for my daughter at Gattitown, and it was incredibly disappointing. The staff (especially the host) was unorganized and UNHELPFUL, making the whole experience stressful rather than enjoyable. Despite booking in advance, nothing was set up when we arrived. The service was SUPER SUPER slow, and the employees seemed uninterested in assisting or making the event special for the kids. Additionally, the area was not clean, and the food quality was poor.
