Just when I was about to give up on Gatti's......
I was already impressed the previous times we've been which was no surprise since we love the one in Crowley. Tonight though I was extra impressed with their customer service. We love the mac & cheese but there was none on the buffet tonight. My daughter was saying she wished they had some and one of the girls behind the counter heard us talking. So much better than before. Like a million times better. But if I had to critique a couple of things. It would be that with the amount of customers now, theres only one card making machine for the games/tickets. The lines get backed up. And there's one person doing games. In my eyes should be 2. But hey its a good thing they're making money. But all in all a nice friendly place once again. Good job new owners.
Love the new place! Love the new salad bar! The veggies all look so much fresher! But the one thing I don't like is the worker that walls up to your table every time u have a dirty dish and ask u if they could take it, it kinda gets annoying!

Such a turnaround from before! We enjoyed the cleanliness, the friendly staff, and the fact that the bus boys were steadily coming over to check on us to take away our dirty plates!!! Excellent change!!!!
Awesome service and the soup and salad is so good ! Cudos to the new owners ! Yal have outdone yal selves ! Me and my grandson enjoyed it so much on Saturday we were back on Tuesday nite ! Will continue coming eat 5 stars !
Well I don't normally do this but man gattis has done a complete 360! Shout out to the new owners for not only a great remodel but improving everything! I wasn't really a fan of this location at all, the pizza was just plain terrible and half the games didn't work. We brought the kids out today to check out the remodel and wow it's so nice and clean, we went during a rush and they kept the buffet stocked and cleaned and appeared to work great during the rush.
