RecommendedAs a long time Gatti's customer tonight I ordered 2 large pizzas via Waiter. They showed up and one was the wrong pizza. My son loves the mild sausage pizza and we got pepperoni instead. Not a huge deal but pizza was his idea tonight so I called Gatti's and Mr. Phil answered the phone. he said they he would make the pizza we wanted and would personally deliver it to us. This was the worst experience ever. We walk in and NO ONE has a mask on (very unsanitary conditions) we walk by the buffet and there’s very little on it and what they do have looks disgusting. The two people behind the counter in the kitchen were on their phone so that probably explains why there wasn’t anything on the buffet. We sat down at our table and it was soo nasty and sticky that we stuck to the chairs. We did manage to get some cinnamon sticks that were fresh out of the oven but they had a hair baked in them. RecommendedMy family and I went to Gatti’s today and it was amazing. They have everything setup to cdc guidelines and it was so clean and they have hand sanitizer everywhere and gloves. They have went above and beyond to keep people safe thank you so much for the hot delicious food and amazing employees.
