We were going to the Denham Springs location, but they had a power outage. My son was super excited to go here. He loves eating pizza and playing in the arcade. We were all disappointed. The pizzas that were out were 8 different pepperoni pizza and a Mac and Cheese pizza. Absolutely no variety on a Saturday night and they were all cold. And when they put out one fresh pizza...it was yet again another pepperoni pizza. The "game room" is two claw machines. I feel robbed and lied to..lunch buffett $30 for OLD, COLD pizza and told they could not and would not make any more pizza bc the buffett was closed. This should have been mentioned before we paid and sat down for less than 10mins. I will send an email detailing my full experience to corporate and I EXPECT to hear from them.
My children love the salad bar, MAC and Cheese pizza and the S’mores pizza!

Food was good, facility was clean, and staff were friendly. Only complaint was the games. Only had 5 games and only 2 worked properly, while the others stole coins.
