Honest Ethical and great integrity. Its hard to be an mechanic. Everyone wants a deal and nobody wants to pay. My experience with Bob has be nothing but great. It has come to my attn that they will be closing their doors which makes me sad. All of these reviews that aren't positive are posted with feelings involved so they really don't count. Excellent service, honesty, and knowledge! I've (along with my husband and parents) brought my car to Gatti and Sons for 2 years from oil changes to car repairs and our cars work great! He even saved me over a $1000 dollars when Firestone tried to lie to me about car repairs. He's fast, and there's a Starbucks you can hang out at across the street! Thanks for everything!!!
Worst customer service and they forgot to put my splash gaurd back on the vehicle.
