We had breakfast and decided on the omelets. I only had tomatoes & cheese, but the flavor was absolutely incredible. I have no idea if they do anything different than other Hilton chain breakfast areas. As we travel coast to coast, but I can honestly say it was the most mouth watering omelet I’ve ever had the privilege eating! Our server was so gracious. And the lady preparing the omelets was amazing - her love showed through!
My wife, a Hilton Diamond, and I made the mistake of visiting Gatsby's for breakfast 3/30/26 @ 9:15AM. It was the worst experience we've ever had at any Hilton. After waiting without the idle staff seating us we eventually seated ourselves. We had to ask for coffee and juice twice, creamer three times and two different waitresses to get silverware. Moving reviews over from Yelp. Originally published when we were in town for Thanksgiving 2018: One of the only options for a regular lunch on Thanksgiving Day in downtown Louisville. We came in looking for exactly that and found what we wanted. A few things to know before you go: 1. Yes, you can easily drop $20/pp for lunch here without appetizers, alcohol or dessert. 2. Beautiful restaurant. Breakfast was good, but fruit and cereal needed to be restocked the entire time we were there. The omelet station was the highlight and the gentleman preparing them was spot on with quality and service. Overall good breakfast.
