Vivian absolutely botched my bangs. I came in to get my bangs trimmed as I’m starting a new job this week. She blatantly disregarded every request. I showed her an image of how my bangs looked last month and asked her to bring them down to that length. She cut them into side bangs when I clearly stated the bangs needed to be the same length on both sides, made them too short, choppy, and thinned them out unevenly. I look ridiculous.
