TERRIBLE HORRIFIC MANAGEMENT. Do not rent from these crooks. Absolute garbage staff - Will never do anything even if your apartment is literally flooding. I have had such a terrible experience with them which I have never experienced in the past 10 years living in NYC. This is not the standard sh*tty NYC apartment thing - They are far worse. Trust me.
