We brought a 2018 Mack Anthem to the Waukee GATR dealership after it suffered a transmission shift issue on December 12, 2024. The night staff and mechanics were incredibly helpful, and the initial intake went smoothly. By the next day, the service team quickly diagnosed the issue as requiring a full transmission replacement. I do not recommend it
I came in for a hub rear hub seal. 6 hours later it is still pieces and two guys are working on. I'm not impressed. Can't wait to get the bill for this
Have to say this place really cares about their work! Probably one of the best if not the best people at a Volvo I've dealt with ever! The whole team in service and parts did fantastic work and have nothing but good things to say about all of them! Worked with me at every step and got the truck out on a Saturday! Thank you!
