Hello, I'm reaching out because I'm very disappointed with how my experience was handled. On my first visit, I ordered 6 breaded honey hot chicken wings with fries. Instead, I received only 4 wings, and the other 2 pieces were chicken strips. None of the chicken was breaded as I ordered. When I brought the issue to your attention that same night, the manager told us he wasn't happy with how our order turned out and told us to come back the next day after 2:00 PM. The food does taste amazing, and while there was a situation, the manager was AMAZING. Incredibly honest, incredibly professional. I hope this restaurant succeeds because the potential is so high, and the people who run it care about quality and treatment of customers and staff.
