I used to really enjoy this Gators Dockside location, but the service has gone downhill and I have not been having many good experiences. Today while placing a pickup order over the phone, we were randomly put on hold for over 5 minutes in the middle of ordering. We ordered a chicken club with no honey mustard, but when I checked the bag in the car, the sandwich was drenched in honey mustard and missing the lettuce and tomato listed on the menu.
