The chicken tenders were dry and chewy. They tasted frozen. The chicken wings were tiny and dry. The chicken in the buffalo wrap was also dry and hard to eat. The food, based on the quality, was over priced. Our server was super nice and attentive. We don't plan on going back any time soon for the food.
Stopped here for lunch with my adult daughter and her puppy. We ordered the gator bites, boneless BBQ wings with homemade chips and a bacon cheeseburger with mashed potatoes. All fresh and tasty! Jake kept our drinks topped up, including water for the doggo. Reasonable prices and good food in a great location just off the lake, you can't beat it! Will definitely return on future visits to the Orlando area!
Really hate to put this one out there because I love it here usually. Server was the worst, girl was spaced out the entire time, no sense of urgency. Felt like the food runner was more of our server than her, forgot our order, gave us the wrong order. Kept having to look for her. Really bad in general. Probably will give this place a break because I hate spending my money with people who don’t like to do their jobs. I tip 30%+, 0 for her tonight. I work in customer service and it gave me second hand embarrassment.
After trying this place four separate times over the course of a year I feel like I can leave this review with absolute certainty: it’s awful. Only ONE time did we have an amazing service, super quick, super sweet. The rest of the time? A waste. No server was outright rude at all, they are nice, but everything takes FOREVER! Wings, fries and service were good. We got the fish tacos to go and they weren’t good.
