Dell Inspiron 13 was displaying a page that stated "Something has gone wrong..." frequently. I did Malwarebytes deep scan but still had problem. Called Bill at GatorPC. He was professional and responsive. He had me go into his remote assistance portal and began a cleanup. Lots of things removed (I watched him do all this). That initial work didn't solve the problem. Choosing someone to help fix your computer can be a very scary task. Fortunately for me I’ve known Bill at GatorPC, Inc since St Joe’s grade school and trusting him with my data was never an issue. My computer was so slow and buggy. I desperately didn’t want to purchase a new one because of the old programs I wanted to keep. Bill diagnosed the problem and now it’s working perfectly. Now I sleep better at night!! Thanks again Bill!

2 years ago I bought a refurbished PC from him and he transferred all my files from my old PC. It runs great! Fast and efficient. I will be happy to use him again. An update.... brought him my laptop to make run faster. Works great and so much less frustrating!
