I don’t ever leave reviews. EVER! Gator made does NOT warranty there powder coating! I sent the following warranty claim to them… Claim: **trailer is rusting everywhere...wait, besides the rims** I had two or three people recommend Gator Trailers! On my way to purchase this trailer I was speaking with my buddy that has a roughly five year older model and he told me not to buy one... I wish they would stand behind their products like the salesman tells you the will. I have made 12 trips on a 10 month old trailer, it was undercoated right after delivery, and never used in the winter. I have multiple locations (7 to be exact) where the power coating has failed and completely flaked off. Now the metal is starting to rust. I have been informed they don't warranty anything "paint" related. Wish I had kept my 10 year old PJ Gooseneck that was still flawless paint wise over this hunk of rotting junk. Great People Great Products Highly Recommended
Over the years, I have owned a couple different Utility Trailers. All of these trailers started as a need to haul the Lawn Tractor to and from the tractor dealership for service. In the end, the purpose of the trailer changed. I added side walls to help haul everything from that lawn tractor to hay, flowers, mulch, soil, and lumber. This GatorMade Trailer was sold to me in Virginia. It has made several trips for garden supplies to lumber. It made trips to Florida and to Michigan. Preston and his wife were very accommodating near closing time when I was in dire need of getting a trailer for the next day for a job I didn't want to lose. I will definitely will be having all my service done there and purchase my trailer accessories from them. They were patient and able to measure ride height for the trailer while I was on the phone.
