Great People Great Products Highly Recommended
Over the years, I have owned a couple different Utility Trailers. All of these trailers started as a need to haul the Lawn Tractor to and from the tractor dealership for service. In the end, the purpose of the trailer changed. I added side walls to help haul everything from that lawn tractor to hay, flowers, mulch, soil, and lumber. Preston and his wife were very accommodating near closing time when I was in dire need of getting a trailer for the next day for a job I didn't want to lose. I will definitely will be having all my service done there and purchase my trailer accessories from them. They were patient and able to measure ride height for the trailer while I was on the phone. Have used Gatormade for several years for my transportation company, and they've never let me down. Their customer service is top notch, and they always go the extra mile.
Took my money. Three weeks later still no delivery of the "instock" trailer and refusal to refund money or offer to cover my costs to deliver my customer deliveries without the trailer. Be very cautious when dealing with this company. Now we are headed to costly court while they have my full payment being held hostage for this standard instock trailer I originally tried to have my driver pick up from their facility. BEWARE!
