Missing parts from factory. Identified by customer, and reported to dealership after the sale. Should have been caught and fixed before selling. More than a month and no assistance with parts. Now, expecting customer to incur expenses to remedy/repair. At the very least - they should honor repairs without forcing the customer to come out of pocket for additional expenses.
