Absolutely, had an 17x54 GT and it was great. Upgraded it to a 18x62 gatorhide and it was outstanding also. I am in the market for a 3rd one now because a tree fell on my gatorhide.
By far the best aluminum duck boat I've ever owned. All the available custom options they have for needs really sets them apart. I will be back for another boat hopefully soon.
I got the barracuda Bay Boat Series set up for catfishing, i wanted plenty of space behind my seats to mess with fish and walk around, a big livewell, lots of storage, and most of all SPEED! I told Kent what i wanted and he didn’t bat an eye, now that i have gotten my boat (and i love it) every little thing i was told it would do it has done with ease. I would definitely recommend calling Kent if your looking to get a boat that will be exactly what you asked for when you ordered it.
