It took 2.75 hrs for Gator plumbers to change an easily accessible 20 gallon water heater. 2 hrs of that was sitting in their van chatting while the water heater was supposedly draining. Does it really take 2 hrs to drain a 20 gallon water heater? We've used this company for years but never again.
