Gavin Ruddick, a residential installer, arrived arrived early on 8/1 to start the challenging process of replacing our garage door. The old one had been damaged by a hit-and-run driver, and we looked forward to upgrading to a new, insulated steel door. Gavin shared with us the process, and then faithfully worked the entire day. His job included trim work around the door. We are so pleased with Gavin's installation and certainly recommend both Gavin and Gator Garage Doors! Thanks, Mike & Nanne Powell

My service technician, Randall Hays was wonderful. He was very professional as he worked. I had 2 garage door motors replaced, and he did the job very efficiently. His knowledge was appreciated and he way very thorough in explaining my options. Thanks Randall, it was so nice to have someone take pride in their work.
