Horrible Company as a contractor to hire.Owner Rick was hired to complete a underground utility job for a building that I need pipe laid for as well as have the road developed for asphalt. He (Rick) has came up with excuses Of why he cannot get the job completed on time It was supposed to be done in December it is going on march about to be April.
