RecommendedMy handicapped sister needed a new wheelchair so I contacted Gator Mobility. From the beginning of the process until the delivery of her new chair the staff at GCM was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend GCM and am very pleased with the final product.
I have never had such incompetence as I have dealing with this company. Our script has been in their hands since 11/2 and as of 12/29 we still don't have an auth as it hasn't been sent in to the insurance. They have no staff available to do it and now we are stuck with a new deductible as of Monday. More importantly, my daughter has a wheel inadvertently falling of her chair which puts her at risk of injury. They won't even have the person in charge return my call.
