I’ve been training at Gator CrossFit for over 2 years, and it has been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and always focused on proper technique and helping everyone improve, no matter their fitness level.
I have been attending this gym for a year and a half and have seen tremendous improvement in my strength and resistance. The workouts are very well thought and planned. I love the diversity and unexpectedness, it’s really fun. And I also like that we do partner workouts and that makes you get to know the people you’re working out with, creating a sense of community.
I went to Gator CrossFit at Hallandale Beach for about two months as work brought me in the area. Been Crossfitting all over the world for the last 10 years and they were very welcoming and had a friendly atmosphere. The gym is very spacious with all the equipment you will need. Programming was challenging and hit different areas such as strength, cardio and gymnastics. Coaches were awesome! Thank you again for a great time!!
