These guys are the greatest. Getting an appointment was super easy. They did a fabulous job!! We had our 3 bedroom carpets done. They charged $50 a room. The carpets came out beautiful. We will be calling them again to do our couches and big area rugs. They did one area rug that now looks like new. We can’t say enough about how great these guys were. The price was reasonable. Strongly recommend.
We were truly pleased by the outstanding work done on our carpets and sofa. The carpets honestly looked brand new when Irvin was done and he is a very pleasant, polite man. We will definitely use him again when we need more cleaning done.
Irvin with Gator carpet is a true pro. Irvin answered over the weekend on the 2nd ring, talked through pricing, and was quick to get me on the schedule. He handled everything very efficiently, while showing me some tips to maintain the carpet life and showing me a great before and after pass of the area rug (everyone loves to see that in action!) Update on 1/15/26 I called Irvin last night at about 8:00 p.m. To ask him how much it would be just to spot clean a couple of spots as someone came through the building tonight and tracked mud through it again 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ He told me that he could come out the next day which would be today and he would spot clean for free. Anytime we need our carpets cleaned in sanitized or vinyl laminate flooring cleaned. Gator Carpet SAVED Christmas! Our dog surprised us Christmas morning… needless to say a large surprise. We hosted Christmas this year and needed help. Irvin came out Christmas day!!
