I just wanted to take the time to say that this auto body shop is hands down amazing! From the customer service, to the quality of work, to the turnaround time—everything was excellent. They took great care of me from start to finish. What impressed me most was their honesty and transparency. 10/10 service, my truck got rear ended but gato body shop quickly fixed it and worked it out with the insurance company, would 100% recommend
I was in an accident a couple of weeks ago, where a drunk driver rear ended my car. After dealing with all the insurance BS I had my car repaired at gato body shop, they were very supportive while I was dealing with the insurance, and now my car is back on the road. All fixed and looking like nothing happened.
I would not recommend this body shop based on my experience. My vehicle was in their shop for over two months, and throughout the process I received poor communication, changing completion dates, and excuse after excuse. The owner even called me “crazy” when I expressed concerns and asked for updates, which was completely unprofessional.
