I would not recommend this body shop based on my experience. My vehicle was in their shop for over two months, and throughout the process I received poor communication, changing completion dates, and excuse after excuse. The owner even called me “crazy” when I expressed concerns and asked for updates, which was completely unprofessional. Gato Body Shop did an excellent job with body work on my car, my POC Hilario was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to get my car ready in good time looking new.
Brought them my 350z to upgrade the body, skid plate, alignment, refresh headlights, and some 100k mile proactive maintenance and fix a few quality of life items. Other shops would have taken 3 times as long and charged 30% more, a couple hiccups here and there but the guys were able to work with me to fix or remediate issues another shop would have ignored.
