I'm a local realtor and I always recommend Gatlin's Heating and Cooling to my clients for HVAC repair, servicing, or replacement. I can't tell you how much money Shawn has saved my clients over the years. He has replaced entire HVAC units for my clients for thousands of dollars below other competitors, and he has helped even more of my clients by not replacing units that other companies said couldn't be repaired.
