Care more about epicurean prowess than really making tasty healthy food. I have quite a few food sensitivities and couldn't find anything on the menu that I could eat. Also know that the owner doesn't treat his staff with kindness or consideration. A lot of people support this restaurant because it represents community, sustainability and healthy alternatives in dining... Gather misses the point on every level.
