If I could give this place negative stars I would. The office staff are the most incompetent people I have ever met. There was roaches in the apartment and they sent someone to spray one time and then never again after repeatedly calling and emailing saying they were still there. They gave us an excuse about working on it and then didn’t spray again until 3 months later. Didn’t have a working fridge for 2 weeks and had to throw out all of our food. I used to live here, it was still new at the time. Terrible decision to be honest, the school's own housing like Carpenter Complex is so much better. The biggest problem here is the noise of the train, which used to be so loud that the floor would shake when it honked, which it does right in front of this building. Be aware of the train before you move in.
They are scamming people on Instagram and FaceBook! They make you the winner of their giveaway to gain followers and then don’t fulfill your prize! Attached below is the giveaway that I “won”. Right after I won, they refused to respond to messages, removed the post and their story that I was tagged in as their winner. I’ll be reporting them to the FTC. They even blocked me on Instagram thinking I wouldn’t bite back
