1/5 Extremely disappointing experience with management. Today, the water completely stopped working in every tap in our apartment, and the Wi-Fi has also been down since this morning. Having no water in your apartment is completely unacceptable, especially when you are paying rent every month and expect basic services to be available. I was charged for rent after I had moved out and my lease had ended. I could not get a response from the leasing office despite emailing repeatedly.

Management genuinely sucks here! they randomly switched towing companies one month before everyones lease were up & then they inadequately advertised/told us they were doing were so, which lead to multiple residents cars being towed even though they paid/pay for parking. They sent out a 10 day notice to people who have paid their rent, which even though inaccurate, receiving the notice is just stressful in itself.
