New patient trying to get a call back from the Dr. Or nurse for pain medication for three broken ribs. The first call, the receptionist told my mom that the muscle relaxer needed 3-4 days to build up in her system to start to work, but that she’d have someone call back. After being told twice that we would get a call back, and not getting one, we called just before the office closed and were told we’d get a call back.
