It took me a long time to write this review because I really wanted to be fair. Kate was very communicative when I was looking at having Gather do ceremony and table florals for my wedding. After I reduced down to 3 bouquets, 3 flower crowns and 2 boutineers + candles and hurricanes communication became extremely slow/non existent. I called in dozens of times over the span of several months to try to confirm and Kate never ended up calling me back. Her staff kept saying she would but I wasn’t hearing from her. We had the pleasure to work with Kate for florals at our wedding. Communication and the whole process was made simple. Kate communicates well and goes above and beyond to help out with our special day. The setup and takedown was flawless experience and it is evident she recommends based on event space rather than upsell.
My bridal bouquet that I ordered was very beautiful, exactly the design I wanted, great service, and I really loved my bridal bouquet. Thank you Gather Floral and Events.
The owner was absolutely amazing. I came in a pinch looking for a beautiful bouquet for a loved one. Within 30 mins, the owner made me the most gorgeous bouquet despite her clearly being busy.
