I called on Monday morn and they scheduled to fix my furnace the next day in the morning.They put out an extra effort and had a guy there within hours of my call..no extra charge. He was neat, clean,intelligent,professional,articulate and polite. He diagnosed and fixed the problem within 30 in. Had the parts on the truck and didn't have to order anything. We had difficult with our heater during cold and snow our heater is on the roof. Snow didn't deter the service man to attend to the program. After many trips and phone calls new motor transformer the Gatewood repairman decided we also need service on our regulator. It is now working properly.
