I'm new to the area and left work early for a much needed massage. I made the appt, about 2+ weeks ago, for today at 2pm, arrived 10 minutes early to complete paperwork, if any. Someone cancelled my appt ... Melissa was getting her nails done, which was more important. She said, she couldn't do the massage because she was getting her nails done. Business lost a client; I need to find another salon.
