You guys should probably add camera's around the parking lot. I've heard people living there talking about having some of their car pieces being stolen.
Trash owners. The managers come and go, they can't seem to keep the same one. Unoraginzed, maintenance and management tries coming in unannounced. Notice of entrance had conflicting times and dates. The kids that live there are destructive, disrespectful and ding dong ditching was a common occurrence.
