I had such a great experience with Dr. Abelson and his amazing team! Everyone was so kind, friendly, welcoming, and professional, and they made the whole visit easy and comfortable. The doctor was truly caring and took his time, and his staff was just as wonderful. If you need an eye doctor who genuinely cares, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
I’d like to start by saying I do NOT enjoy or find pleasure in given bad reviews. The initial time my family & I came to this office it was a normal experience. Today, we go to pick up our glasses and there were quite a few issues… 1.) my husbands glass lens had a blemish & the frame was tainted (tainted meaning loose and bent) 2.) we had three glasses and only 2 (including my husbands) were ready after receiving a text stating all glasses were ready. Big shoutout to Dr. Abelson and his staff! I was on my last set contacts and I can’t thank him enough for squeezing me in on his tight schedule on a Saturday, so I could get a new prescription. Not only new ones but also better contacts than I had before. I would give everyone here a 10 star if I could. Absolutely loved the staff. Incredible friendly and amazing customer service specially his wife Souraya. If you need new frames and help what type fits your face best, she is your best bet!
