These Sevierville landlords don't keep up with you on the wait-lists. It takes forever to get moved up on the wait-list. Poor communication. Tried to apply by mail once, and I live out of state. The manager said they never got it. And I even had a required signature of received by USPS. USPS even said they lied to me.
