rip off, the management sucks, maintenance is a joke and the grounds keeping milks the job all day long and doesn't even do a good job. waste of your money and sanity.
Rent too expensive for what you get, leasing staff doesn’t care about you after you move in, like pulling teeth to get maintenance requests filed. Will take every penny from you where they can.
