Nice place with decent rent prices, having to walk across the entire complex just to smoke is pretty rough, wish they would install a second smoke spot closer to the main entrance
Update as of 3/1/2026. We are very frustrated with the current ongoing management. Angel has been the only management member who has adequately addressed our issues and concerns. Over the past 2 years of being here the past several months have been quite rough. The ungodly smell coming from our bathtub drain (since October) was finally addressed by February and after finally using a snake and removing piping to get a better look we are no longer having issues with odor! I had my first apartment here from 2023-2025. The biggest complaint that I saw in the reviews when I was applying here was about the children/noise. I do agree with the fact that there are a ton of kids that live here and some of them can be loud and disrespectful to those around them, but I also understand that those kids are bored and we have to accept the things that come with apartment living.
