*I am updating my review* after posting my original review, the apartment management group reached out to me to apologize for my move out experience and make things right. Overall I feel as though they handled the complaint well and were fair with the deposit that they returned and with what they charged for cleaning. I lived here for 7 years so I feel like I can give a fair review. While my experience living here was average. The maintenance team here is excellent. They respond quickly to requests, communicate clearly, and fix issues properly the first time. I really appreciate their professionalism and how they help keep the apartment comfortable and safe. I am very satisfied with their works and services. Excellent customer service !
The only thing that needs fixing is the ceiling fan. And the bedroom closet. But everything else is beautiful and I love it here. This is my home sweet home.
These apartments are older but kept in good condition. The staff is great especially the maintenance staff. I have lived here for several years. As all apartments have their pros and cons, this one does too but it isn't any less than any other I've lived in. The pool is nice, they have nice social events every month, they are dog friendly which is a plus! I heard they were putting a dog washing station in so I am excited about that.
